The User tab shows your account details and your app settings.
Accessing the User Tab
Tap the User tab located on the bottom right of the bottom navigation bar. Or, on Home, tap the small round picture at the top right.
What you'll find on the User tab
Account Details
At the top, your company name and email. Below them: Name ID, Company, Email and Admin Access. Admin Access says either Administrator or Standard access.
Settings
| Setting | What it does |

| Appearance | Light or dark mode, and the color theme. See Appearance and Event List Display |
| Homepage | Choose the shortcuts and sections on Home, and their order. |
| Listing details | Choose which details you see when you open a listing. |
| Sale details | Choose which details show on each sale. |
| Event list display | Comfortable (with event pictures) or Compact (no pictures). |
| Default company | The company the app opens with. You only see this if your account has more than one company. |
| Face ID (or Fingerprint / Biometrics) | Sign in with your face or fingerprint. You only see this if it's set up on your phone. |
| Replay onboarding | Shows the step-by-step tips again. |
Version
At the very bottom, you see Version with the app's version and build number. Our support team may ask you for it.
Logout
To sign out, tap Logout at the top right.
Good to know
- Your settings are saved as soon as you change them. There's no Save button.
- Settings are saved on this phone. Appearance applies to everyone who uses the app on this phone. Your other settings are saved for your account on this phone. If you use more than one phone or tablet, set them up on each one.
- Your settings stay on the phone after you sign out, except for Face ID or fingerprint sign-in. Signing out turns that off.
