1Ticket announced on 4/8/20 that they now have the ability to track refund eligible purchases. While it should be very easy to go into your 1ticket account to review this we have also worked with their integration team to set up a way for you to review these as well in your portal.
To review these PO's you will want to use your Tag Filters. Below is an example of how to filter to see all eligible purchases via event date in your open inventory page. There are 2 different statuses, one where the event is refundable but you might have to call and talk to TM, and the other where a link is present to request a refund automatically.
Note> In order to see all orders please make sure to show both your sold events and tickets.
Note> If you switch over from your Events tab to your Inventory tab you can review all in one place. You can also export the file for use.
