Data Refresh

If you click on the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of any page element/visual, you can refresh the data. Reloading the page in your browser will refresh the data as well. 

There are two data refreshes that take the entire system offline for a few minutes. One occurs in the morning (currently 8 AM Eastern) and the other occurs in the evening (currently 6PM Eastern). For about a five minute period, the data will simply not be accessible at these two times, and the reporting will show either incomplete information or no data at all. Users should plan their exports avoiding these two refresh periods. Please keep in mind that this means that as of now, reporting data is only refreshed twice per day, so there may be a lag in changes that you expect to see.
