Open Inventory Raw


This report is as granular as it gets! Users can see the individual seats they have open for sale. The data is held in one table, where users can see current item prices, the event related to each ticket, the seat location information for each ticket, the potential profit for the seat if the ticket sells at the current price, and much more.

Above the table, we can see the control elements by which we can filter through the table:

  • EDelivery – we can set values - All, True, or False
  • Eticket Attached - we can set values - All, True, or False
  • InHand - we can set values - All, True, or False
  • Po Date –We can set the date range for the PO Date
  • Company Name – If your account has access to just one company, that is all that will be shown. However, if your account has access to more than one company account, any combination of those companies can be selected.
  • Category – we can choose between available event categories
  • Event Headliner – we can select the name of the available headliner
  • Event Date – automatically set to “Today” and that is the current date, but we can also choose

    2. Between – the calendar will be shown, and we can set the to and from dates

    9. Custom – we can set hour, minutes and seconds
