 We are excited to announce that we have launched some new features today and we want to let you know a little about each of them. Read on for summaries about the new features or functionalities available to you in the portal.

Gametime Flash Sale Feature
 Participate in the Gametime Flash Sale program where they provide exclusive marketing for your discounted tickets and make sure they are in the spotlight on every event. To enable the Gametime Flash Sale follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Pricing/Inventory page.
  2. Right-click on the listing/s that you want to put a discount on.
  3. Choose Configure Flash Sale option.
  4. Enter a discount percentage value between 10-99 and save.

UFLIP Integration - Auto PO Creation
 UFLIP is a buying network that specializes in ticket acquisition for resellers. For those of you using the UFLIP service or interested in using it, we have integrated with their system to buy in your POs automatically. We implemented this integration to help you save time and reduce errors while getting your inventories from UFLIP into the Portal. Please reach out to the client relations team to activate the Auto PO Creation service.

Deleted Filter & Inventory Notification in Portal
 Track your deleted inventory with the new Deleted Filter on the Purchasing/Inventory page. You can view and sort through all of your deleted inventory on this new filter.
In addition to the new filter, you can track your deletions through the automated email notifications. If you wish to opt-out from receiving the email notifications, please contact the support team.

Auto Pricer Enhancements
 Two new enhancements have been completed below to provide additional clarity on Auto Pricer colors and key information on cost. 

  • Green (Ceiling Price) toggle button filter on the Pricing/Auto Pricer page - this filters in your auto priced listings that are at their ceiling prices.
  • Auto Pricer header updated to include the cost of the listing/s being auto priced.

Additional Functionalities
 We have heard your feedback and have implemented two new enhancement requests. 

  • Created a color legend for the listings under the SeatGeek marketplace tab.
  • Locked your sorting preferences throughout the Portal.
    1. Unless you select an Event with grouped listings (to prevent this, toggled off the grouped inventory).
