New AutoPricer Features and Other Updates - 3/3/2023

Hi All,

We have some important updates for you regarding our system. New Auto Pricer features have gone live. A summary is provided below on the three additional features:

Interactive Maps – Event maps are available for selecting sections of interest and will mark sections that have your own listings as well as other cosigners (if option selected).
Active/Inactive – Users will now be able to include inactive sections and rows when pricing. When these inactive selections become active the listing will automatically adjust your pricing based on the specified pricing rules.
Grouped Auto Pricer Update – Grouped pricing can be completed for listings which need to utilize the fuzzy search functionality due to section naming. After rule is applied on a listing a fuzzy search is completed for sections that have unique names and allows you to match them based on calculated suggestions, gives you the ability to write in the exact description, and the ability to exclude them entirely for the group pricing.

In addition, Interactive Maps will also be available in the portal marketplace for searching and filtering sections.

Also of note, TND has increased their marketplace fee by 1%. As a result, we have made appropriate adjustments in the system so that your effective rate remains unchanged.
