Auto Pricing group listings using the default parameters

1. From the event list select the event


2. Select the desired listings


3. Open the context menu and there will be the option for Auto Pricer


4. Start the Auto Pricer feature by selecting the “Configure Grouped Auto Pricing” option


5. Auto Pricer will be open in the lower part of the screen, and if there are no saved rules we will be in the “Comparable-s” section


6. First, we are choosing the “Settings” options and leave everything on default settings:


7. Select sections to which we wish to compare our listings. By selecting the square next to the “Name” of the sector we can select them all at once.


8. Click the button “Next” so the system can load the corresponding rows


9. Select the desired rows. By selecting the square next to the “Name” of the row we can select them all at once. We can select the range of rows we are interested in by entering the start range and end range.


10. Click the button “Next” so the system can load the lowest comparable-s and direct us to the “Rules” section.


a. On the left side of the auto pricer now we have the lowest comparable-s visible according to our selection of sections and row.


11. “Rule Name” - Field to insert the name of the Master rule.


12. On default settings Rule type will be set to Trickle Out.


13. Click on the button “Auto Price”.
