1. From the event list select the event


2. Select the desired listings ***


3. Open the context menu and there will be the option for Auto Pricer


4. Start the Auto Pricer feature by selecting the “Configure Grouped Auto Pricing” option


5. Auto Pricer will be open in the lower part of the screen, and if there are no saved rules we will be in the “Comparable-s” section


6. First, we are choosing “Settings” options and set all options per our preferences:


7. The “Match all” option can be used when we wish to compare our listing to all other available listings from all sections and all rows. When selected we are transferred directly to the “Rules” section. This option is generally used when the whole event has one type of ticket – GA (General Admission). In this scenario, this option is turned off.


8. The “Pre-set Splits” option is used to set how many cards can be sold separately from the selected listings.


9. The “Exclude Traits” option – we can select to exclude cards with obstructed views and cards for seniors/youth.


10. The “Exclude Delivery Method” option – we are selecting which delivery method to exclude and auto pricer will not take listings with those delivery methods into consideration. Note: In market filters, a stock option is also part of excluding delivery method.


11. Select sections to which we wish to compare our listings. By selecting the square next to the “Name” of the sector we can select them all at once.


12. Click the button “Next” so the system can load the corresponding rows


13. Select the desired rows. By selecting the square next to the “Name” of the row we can select them all at once. Or we can select the range of rows we are interested in by entering the start range and end range.


14. Click the button “Next” so the system can load the lowest comparable-s and direct us to the “Rules” section

        a. On the left side of the auto pricer now we have the lowest comparable-s visible according to our selection of sections and rows


15. “Rule Name” - Field to insert the name of the Master rule


16. “Rule Type” - - Setting one of the three options

        a. Trickle Out – The auto Pricer will use the tear level to incrementally increase the listing price based on the tear amount

        b. Stagger Listings – Only one listing will be priced. The rest will be set to 0$. When the listing sells, the next listing will be priced.

        c. Staggered Trickle Out – The Auto Pricer will activate/broadcast a set number of listings and stagger the price of the active listings. Listings not active will not be broadcasted and will be priced at $0.


17. “Tier Amount” - Setting difference between listings.


18. “Active Tiers” - The number of listings that will be broadcasted and priced


19. “Cycle” - setting the time frame for auto pricer to price our tickets (15min,30min, 1 hour,2hour,6hour, 1 day)


20. “Allow Price Increase” option can be checked in the case where we wish to allow the price of our ticket to go up in case the price of the lowest comparable goes up.


21. “Notify Me” - If we select this option, we will get notifications in case:

        a. When the listing has no comparable

        b. When a listing reaches the Price Floor

        c. When a listing reaches the Price Ceiling


22. The “Amount Under” option – setting the amount of money our listings can go below the lowest comparable that we have chosen to auto price against. It can be set in $ and %. “New Price” - the price of our listing when it is auto priced


23. The “Price Floor” – the price below which our listings cannot go.


24. The “Price Ceiling” – the price above which our listings cannot go.


25. “Exclude Outliers” this is the percentage we will use to calculate outliers when returning the lowest comparable-s


26. On the right side we see the new prices of our listings


27. Click on the button “Auto Price”

*** For grouped auto pricing is considered auto pricing at least 2 listings and there is no maximum amount.
