1. From the event list select the event

2. Select the desired listing

3. Open the context menu and there will be the option for Auto Pricer

4. Start the Auto Pricer feature by selecting the “Configure Auto Pricing” option

5. Auto Pricer will be open in the lower part of the screen, and if there are no saved rules we will be in the “Comparable-s” section

6. First, we are choosing “Settings” options and set all options per our preferences:

7. The “Match all” option can be used when we wish to compare our listing to all other available listings from all sections and all rows. When selected we are transferred directly to the “Rules” section. This option is generally used when the whole event has one type of ticket – GA (General Admission). In this scenario, this option is turned off.

8. The “Pre-set Splits” option is used to set how many cards can be sold separately from the selected listing. Here we set in which splits our tickets can be sold

9. The “Exclude Traits” option – we can select to exclude cards with obstructed views and cards for seniors/youth.

10. The “Exclude Delivery Method” option – we are selecting which delivery method to exclude and auto pricer will not take listings with those delivery methods into consideration. Note: In market filters, a stock option is also part of excluding delivery method.

11. Since the name of the section for our listing is different from the name of the section on Seat Geek, Fuzzy Search Engine is giving us suggestions with the percentage of accuracy so we can choose the correct name of the section

12. Click on the checkbox next to the most preferable choice of name

13. Click on the button “Submit”

14. This section is now selected in the part of the section

15. Select sections to which we wish to compare our listing. By selecting the square next to the “Name” of the sector we can select them all at once.

16. Click the button “Next” so the system can load the corresponding rows

17. Select the desired rows. By selecting the square next to the “Name” of the row we can select them all at once. Or we can select the range of rows we are interested in by entering the start range and end range.

18. Click the button “Next” so the system can load the lowest comparable-s and direct us to the “Rules” section

On the left side of the auto-pricer now we have the lowest comparable-s visible according to our selection of sections and rows

19. “Allow Price Increase” option can be checked in the case where we wish to allow the price of our ticket to go up in case the price of the lowest comparable goes up.

20. “Cycle” - setting the time frame for auto pricer to price our tickets (15min,30min, 1 hour,2hour,6hour, 1 day)

21. The “Amount Under” option – setting the amount of money our listing can go below the lowest comparable that we have chosen to auto price against. It can be set in $ and %. “New Price” - the price of our listing when it is auto priced

22. The “Price Floor” – the price below which our listing cannot go.

23. The “Price Ceiling” - price above which our listing cannot go.

24. “Notify Me” - If we select this option, we will get notifications in case:

a. When a listing has no comparable

b. When a listing reaches the Price Floor

c. When a listing reaches the Price Ceiling

25. “Exclude Outliers” this is the percentage we will use to calculate outliers when returning the lowest comparable-s

26. Click on the button “Auto Price & Save Rule”

27. In the mandatory field for rule name, enter what this rule will be saved as.
