*Note: You can also turn on the filter labeled "state" to show you which state the event is taking place in to see what the state rules are.
Locate the Listing that you are adding the External Notes to and Right click on that listing. Select the "Add to External Notes" option in the dropdown.
Scroll Down to the bottom of the dropdown select the new "Vaccination Required" option and select save to save the new external note.
