We have updated the portal to allow users to attach PDFs to their tickets even if our system fails to validate the Date, Section, Row, or Seat Number.
After you've logged out and back into the portal you should notice an Override option in the PDF validation window that you can select to continue attaching your PDFs even if they fail to validate. We hope this new level of permission will help simplify your experience, however it does come with a few disclaimers.
Be advised, if you attach incorrect tickets we take no responsibility for whatever penalties may be levied by the marketplaces. Furthermore, if your tickets are sold under a certain delivery method such as Mobile Transfer, and you attach PDFs to attempt to fulfill the order, your order may be subject to cancellation. Please always work through our support team if you are attempting to change delivery methods on an existing order.
