Now that events are returning in full swing, it is imperative that all sellers assist us by setting up forwarding with the new Ticketmaster Authentication Code. Stage Front is working hard to get the fulfillment of your orders done quickly and we will not be responsible for unfulfilled orders if the forwarding is not set up and there is no response from you if we have reached out with a support ticket to provide us with the code.
Ticketmaster Authentication Code Forwarding - Starting in 2021 Ticketmaster changed its security protocols for login and transfers. TM no longer requires a print code but instead uses Authentication Codes to confirm account ownership. If you are not able to respond to us with a code within 10 minutes of us requesting it, we request that you set up email forwarding for that specific email address to come directly to our fulfillment team.
