We have been notified by Ticketmaster Resale that they are making an industry-wide change in their rate structure. Effective April 1, 2021, they will start charging a single rate of 8% regardless of delivery method: instant delivery (barcoded inventory) or traditional delivery (non-barcoded inventory).
Please note that your markup adjustment will be changed automatically so that the net amount paid to you will not be affected by this rate change. Please reach out to your Client Relations Manager if you have questions.
