This issue only happens for sellers who use 1ticket for PO services. This issue can be resolved by simply going into your 1ticket account to locate the event and update the “delivery “ option. Once edited 1ticket will no longer change the delivery method in your Stage Front Portal.


  1. Once you are in the Purchases screen search for the grouping that you need to edit


    2. Select the info Icon in order to see Delivery Method options.



     3. Select the delivery method box 



     4 Choose the proper method of delivery.
