| Hello. As more live events get postponed or canceled, we continue to evaluate our resale policies to protect buyers and sellers alike.
First, we will continue to honor current seller fees to limit business disruption. You can view your current rate anytime on your TradeDesk dashboard.
Second, given the continuing uncertainty about event cancellations and postponements, we’ve adjusted our payment policy to pay after an event plays off for:
1. Events scheduled through September 30, 2020 2. Events that have been postponed with no rescheduled date 3. In coordination with the NFL, all NFL games for the foreseeable future
We are making this temporary adjustment to prevent the need to take money back for events that could ultimately be canceled.
We anticipate the 2020-21 NFL schedule will be announced this week with games enabled for resale on Ticketmaster.com. We encourage sellers to Sync available inventory in order to capitalize on early resale opportunities at schedule release. As noted above, we will pay after the event plays off for all NFL games for the foreseeable future.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your Account Manager directly or send a note to PartnerServices@ticketmaster.com.

Stay well. |
