Consignment Portal users that have the ability to purchase-in tickets to the Portal now have the ability to duplicate selected listings across multiple events. Let's take a look at how this is accomplished:
- Select any single or group of listings to be duplicated, right click on them and select the "Duplicate Listing" option:
NOTE: This option will NOT be available if a group contains anything other than ACTIVE listings.
- In the newly opened window, filter for any desired target events and select them by checking their associated box(es) in the grid:
NOTE: The event of the listings that you are attempting to duplicate will NOT be displayed in this grid as you are NOT able to duplicate within the same event.
- If desired, you can delete the original selected single or group of listings by selecting the "Remove old listings" check box at the bottom of the window. This option is NOT available if any of the selected listings are currently Auto Priced or on hold.
- Click the "Save" button to accept the changes and successfully duplicate the listings. The cost per ticket will be divided as evenly as possible based on the amount of target events selected and the new tickets will be placed onto the same PO as the original selected listing.
