Listing speculative inventory using Stage Front's platform is prohibited.
State laws (ex. States of Rhode Island, Nevada, etc...) vary concerning speculative listings and may result in state-specific fines and penalties as well as, in extreme cases, a removal of the user's entire inventory from the platform.
