FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q) My "View Report" button disappeared! How do I re-search reports?

A) Occasionally, returned reports will stretch past the length of your screen.  As this button is docked to the right of the tool bar, you will have to scroll all the way to the right to see it if this occurs.

Q) I am attempting to search my report using "CTRL + F" but none of my known search terms are found.  Why not?

A) As reports can contain multiple pages, we suggest you use the "Text Search" functionality that is build into the report toolbar as searching with a "CTRL + F" will only return results on the first page.

Q) How does the Seating Profit report search criteria work and how do I use it?

A) This process is simple: Start by choosing a "Category" via the drop-down box.  Next, define an "Event Date To" and an "Event Date From".  After this, the "Event Headliner" drop-down will enable and you will be able to choose a headliner.  Doing this will enable the "Event" dropdown where you will be able to choose a specific event (if one is available based on the entered criteria).

Q) I am receiving an error page when attempting to export my report.  Why?

A) If a report is left for too long un-attended, the server times out and you will receive the following error page:

To avoid this, do not leave your report sitting for extended periods of time and attempt to run functions on it after the fact.
