Q) Why aren't my new 1ticket purchases flowing into the portal?

There are several potential reasons why your recent 1ticket purchases might not be flowing into our Consignment Portal:


First, please ensure that your purchase shows up in your 1ticket account.  If it does not, please contact/email 1ticket support to remedy the issue.

  • Any new general admission purchases (with unassigned seat numbers) that have not been crawled by 1ticket do not get purchased into our portal until this process is complete.  Please ensure your new purchase is crawled in your 1ticket account.
  • Any new purchases associated with a venue that has commonly event/odd seating AND have not been crawled by 1ticket do not get purchased into our portal until this process is complete.  Please ensure your new purchase is crawled in your 1ticket account.
  • A listing with the same event/section/row/seats already exists in our portal.  Please contact support@stagefronttickets.com to remedy this issue.
  • A confirmation number for the recent purchase already exists in our portal.  Please contact support@stagefronttickets.com to remedy this issue.
  • The new order is pending 1ticket mapping in our portal.  Please contact support@stagefronttickets.com to remedy this issue.
  • The new order has an associated purchase date of BEFORE youve joined Stage Front.  Please contact support@stagefronttickets.com to remedy this issue.
