In order to sell tickets to a UK event to a UK customer we must disclose the face value of the tickets by law. StubHub often emails us because some customers were attempting to purchase tickets but the face value was not disclosed. If you have tickets in our system for a UK event, you will want to ensure that you've input a face value on those listings.
In case you're not aware, the Face Value field is hidden by default, but can be accessed by hovering your mouse over the column headers in the grid, clicking the down arrow that appears. Then, go into the Columns sub-menu and find the appropriate column and check it.
