Upon request, Ticketmaster will provide full refunds to customers who purchased primary and resale (TM+) tickets on Ticketmaster.com for events (excluding Major League Baseball games) that do not take place as originally scheduled (i.e., postponed).
Ticketmaster is not automatically cancelling all orders; however, if a customer requests to refund their order, the purchase order for that associated TM+ order will be canceled. Any amount paid to the seller will be debited from future payables until the refunded amount is paid back in full.
In turn, you are entitled to a refund on any initial primary ticket purchases from Ticketmaster – simply initiate the refund process through your Ticketmaster account. Funds will be returned to the credit card used to purchase the tickets. For any tickets you may have transferred, you will receive a refund as long as the tickets are transferred back into your account by the recipient.
If you choose, you may also repost the tickets for resale.
