Tickets Pending – This status shows all Invoices that are sold where all of the tickets are not marked in hand. Please talk to our service team as soon as available so we can get tickets delivered and order completed so that you can get paid quicker.


Delivery Pending – This status is for Invoices you have delivered to Stage Front but that Stage Front has not completed. This status should always be clear. Please notify your rep prior to payouts if orders are sitting in this queue.


Payment Pending – This status is for Invoices that are completed and delivered. This will have all sales that you are expecting payment on that have not yet been paid.


Paid – Invoices you have been paid on


Stop Loss – These are unsold tickets that we have invoiced out at $0 after the event has passed.


Payment Deferred - Order has been fulfilled by Stage Front but invoice is not eligible to be paid since event has not occurred yet.


Cancelled - Order has been cancelled due to event change or listing error.
