StubHub only allows split type "Sell all my tickets together" if you set certain notes such as "Parking Pass" or "Aisle"
If you create a listing more than a pair with this note, but set the split option to be anything less than "Sell all my tickets together", StubHub will drop the listing.
To avoid that, be sure to use the portal split setting "None", or remove the note.
Error logs for this issue are worked by support staff, so you might sometimes see your split option edited to "None" so the listing broadcasts to StubHub
For example, if you list a 4-pack with Aisle notes, and leave the default split, StubHub is sent "Sell in Multiples of 2". Since that option is not valid, they drop the listing.
- If you're ok with selling it as a 4-pack only, set the split option as "None"
- If you prefer to still sell as pairs, split the listing into 2 listings, of 2 each, and set the Aisle note on the appropriate listing.
Split settings can be edited by right clicking your listing and choosing "Edit Sharing" in the Settings, look for the dropdown labeled "Splits:"
