Policy: Fill Cancelled Orders

Modified on Fri, 14 Aug, 2020 at 9:52 AM

Stage Front understands that on occasion an order may be canceled by Ticketmaster or venues for one reason or another. We will work hard to try and notify all Consignors ASAP if we get a 1ticket notification.

Important!!! It is on the Consignor to fill these orders with approved subs.

Note>Stage Front follows the rules of each Sales Channel when it comes to filling orders with replacement tickets. In most cases, the tickets must be in the same section and within a 5-row upgrade.

Please reach out to a Stage Front representative with sub offers before purchasing tickets to fill an order. We will not responsible if the tickets you purchased ahead of time get rejected for any reason.

All replacement offers are subject to rejection and cancellation if the replacement offer is not within the guidelines above. No exceptions!

A quick note about fill strategy - it's always best to fill without requiring a call to the exchange. Even if you own seats that are a clear upgrade, if it doesn't meet the exchange's requirements for filling, it will force the exchange to call the buyer to reach get approval on the upgrade. It can takes days or even weeks for the exchange to get that approval. It's always better to avoid getting the exchange involved for an approval.
