You can list and sell parking passes through Stage Front. When listing your parking passes, there are a few rules which must be followed.

The 2 most important processes for making sure that everything lists properly are

  • Making sure that your parking passes are purchased in for the correct event. In lots of cases, an event will have its own event for parking passes only. If this is the case do not buy in your passes for the actual event because they will not map properly. You are also risking losing possible sales.
  • If there is no event specified for parking you can buy your parking pass into the regular event. Note > Stage Front can not guarantee a parking pass order wont be cancelled on certain sales channels if there is not an approved event separate for the parking.

> Notes are very important when buying in parking passes. Your approved external note must say Parking Pass Only! If the proper note is not listed correctly when your parking pass sells you will be responsible for canceled orders. Some sales channels give their customers the opportunity to cancel parking pass orders.

The best way to properly show your Parking Passes on all sales channels without having to worry about cancellations is to change the listing directly through the Stage Front portal. Below is a how-to for doing this.

  • Buy the tickets into the system per usual methods.

  • Once Parking Passes are listed in your Sales Portal please right click your mouse on the listing that you would like to change and scroll down to change external notes tab.
  • Once in the external notes tab. You will see an option to add Parking Pass Only to your listing.
  • Please click on the box next to the Parking Pass Only note as shown below.

Click save after adding the approved note. Once done you will see the approved note in your external notes and our system will take the approved note and broadcast properly to all sales channels.

Note > For extra security you can also add the note into your external notes "Does not include admission to event."
