You can now list and sell will call tickets through Stage Front, but only for approved events.
Note> Will call seats can not be sold on StubHub.
Please submit a support ticket asking if the event you are looking to sell as will call only is a Stage Front approved event. If approved, you will have to add the note "Will Call Only" to your external notes.
It is very important to have the event approved by Stage Front so that we can make sure that it is listed correctly on all sales channels. Just adding the note to your external notes will not list on all sales channels properly. If the event is not listed correctly then the purchaser may have the right to cancel or demand tickets that are not will call only at the cost to the listing consignor.

Note> Orders that have already been sold with a different shipping method can not be switched to Will Call Only!
It is the listing consignor's responsibility to set up the will calls. The listing consignor will also be the emergency contact on all will call only events. Once a sale has been placed please submit a support ticket to the Stage Front Portal with any type of info needed for the will call. Our customer support team will respond ASAP with the name and emergency contact info for the customer.
