You can list and sell ADA Seating, Wheelchair Accessible tickets through Stage Front. When listing your tickets there are a few rules which must be followed.
When listing your ADA seating please keep in mind that ADA is the Americans with Disability Act. While attempting to just add the StubHub approved note of ADA may work for some sales channels for others it may not. These rules may not be followed in other countries. Websites for example like Fanxchange in Canada which is a featured sales channel that SFC uses does not except the ADA note because it has no reference. Note> If the note does not show properly on a specific sales board the purchaser will have the right to cancel the order with no penalty.
The best way to properly show your tickets on all sales channels without having to worry about cancellations is to change the listing directly through the Stage Front portal. Below is a how-to for doing this.
- Load the tickets into the system per usual methods.
- Once tickets are in your Sales Portal please right click your mouse on the listing that you would like to change and scroll down to select the external notes tab.
- Once in the external notes tab. You will see an option to add wheelchair accessible seating.
- Please click on the box next to the Wheelchair accessible note as shown below.
- Click save after adding the approved note. Once done you will see the approved note in your external notes and our system will take the approved note and broadcast properly to all sales channels.
