Stage Front will now allow consignors to drop ship tickets for upcoming events. If listing a ticket that needs to drop ship, there are certain procedures that need to be followed. These procedures are listed below.
- Load your inventory into the portal per usual methods.
- Add into your Internal Notes the note Drop-Ship.
- Please notify the SFT sales team by submitting a support ticket once your sold tickets are in hand. In the support ticket if available please send a picture of the tickets you will be shipping for the order and let our customer service team know that an airbill is needed. Note > SFT will not be issuing a label to ship until receiving proof of tickets in hand.
- Make sure the tickets are shipped out the day airbill is received *No Exception*. Please do not ask for an airbill if you can not ship that day. If tickets are not shipped the day the airbill is sent to you it can lead to ticket order cancellations resulting in a penalty. Note > Orders will not be completed until shipment is tracking. If the order is notated as a must ship order and you do not ship the day the airbill was sent to you the order may be cancelled and penalized.
- NOTE> Please Notify Stage Front right away if for any reason your order that shipped out is not completed after delivery to ensure payment. In most cases, Stage Front will complete the order once tracking but please make note that due to drop shipping since the tickets are never checked in hand there may be an occasional delay in completion.
