To attach PDF e-Tickets to a listing simply right-click the listing and click the "Attach PDFs" option. You can attach PDFs from the Pricing -> Inventory, Purchasing -> Inventory, or Sales -> Invoices screens.

Note: This option will only be available if the selected listing doesn't already have PDFs attached to every ticket.

A window will appear that includes all of the relevant information for the selected listing. Click the "Browse..." button located in the top-right of the window to select which PDF you want to attach. Once you've selected your PDF file, we will split it into individual pages.

The next step is to choose which pages from the PDF belong to which seats in your listing. Simply check the boxes next to the PDF pages and the boxes next to the corresponding seat numbers. The PDF pages will be attached in order. This means that if you have a PDF that has the seats in reverse order, (i.e. page 1 has seat #4, page 2 has seat #3, etc...) you need to select the Descending option in the "Ticket Order" drop-down box.

Once you have selected the PDF pages to attach and the corresponding seats to assign them to, click the "Submit" button. Our portal will attempt to validate the Event Date, Event Time (if applicable), Section, Row, and Seat Number for each PDF being attached. If everything matches 100%, your PDFs will be attached immediately and their barcodes will be automatically scanned into the system shortly thereafter.

If anything fails to validate you will have the option to go back and retry, in case you simply selected the wrong seats or forgot to select the correct ascending / descending order. If you're positive that you've done everything correctly and the validation failed anyways, you can click the "Email" button and your PDFs will be emailed to our support team and one of our support representatives will review them and attach them manually.

Tip: If you have a large PDF file that has more e-tickets than just the ones for your single listing, you can simply select the individual page numbers that belong to the listing you're attaching. There is no need to split the large file into smaller files first.

Tip: If you have multiple PDFs, you can attach them one file at a time. There is no need to merge them all together first into a single file first.
