In the portal, there are 4 split options you can set on a ticket listing:

Split listing options are set in the "Edit sharing" dialogue box.

Each exchange treats this setting differently, unfortunately.

Split Setting
StubHub, SeatGeek, TND, Mercury, Vivid, TicketEvo, TickPick
Gametime
Default
Never leave a single
Never leave a single. 4 pack sold as pairs only
None
Sell only entire group
Ignored, uses default
Pairs
Pairs only
Ignored, uses default
Any
Singles allowed
Ignored, uses default

Note: TickPick listing splits won't update until the listing has been edited (ie. price change, notes change, attach PDF). Simply changing the splits will NOT automatically update the options to the buyer on TickPick.

TM+/TicketsNow uses the following as default, and ignores the split setting:

  • For ticket quantities of 8 or below. Even quantities will only be sold in even quantities. Odd quantities can be sold in any increment except those that leave a single ticket.
  • For tickets quantities of 9 or above: All quantities are allowed including leaving a single ticket
  • For Lawn, GA (General Admission), SRO (Standing Room Only) or Parking, all quantities are allowed regardless of initial quantity

Other exchange defaults will be added to this document soon.

If you prefer to not allow splits as described above, you might want to exclude those exchanges where you can't set your preference.
