You can list and sell paperless tickets through Stage Front. In fact, we're one of the few sellers approved to list paperless tickets on StubHub. There are, however, a few rules which must be followed.

  • The tickets must be purchased using a gift card. - Absolutely no credit card walk-ins are allowed.

  • Any purchase of more than 2 tickets must be shared only to StubHub and/or Vivid Seats with the split method set to "None"
    • Tip: Put "-con -fanx -gt -rzg -rkt -sbig -tcity -tevo -monster -tnd -tnow -tm+ -tpick" in your internal notes to prevent your listing from exporting to anywhere other than StubHub and Vivid Seats

  • Your external notes should say "Gift Card Entry" (for gift card). Our system will automatically translate this note into the appropriate wording for all the various exchanges.

  • The gift cards must be shipped to the Stage Front office just like any regular physical tickets. Please include appropriate labeling with the card so we know which listing it belongs to.

Since the paperless gift card program on StubHub is still in testing customers retain the option of being able to cancel their order and return the gift card. If your order is canceled by StubHub, your invoice will be canceled by Stage Front, and your tickets will be placed back up for sale if there is still enough time before the event. Please keep this risk in mind when deciding to purchase paperless tickets. If you do not want your listing on StubHub please contact support.
